Disallows civil torts to filed against local or state governmental entities for harms they may cause by offering "COVID-19 protective product" ( i.e. vaccines), and gives manufacturers, distributors, etc. immunity from suits related to damages from such products.  Disallows class action law suits.

This legislation eliminates due process for the citizens of Indiana. It allows certain entities the ability to be reckless in regard to the manufacture and distribution of experimental pharmaceutical products without the restraint imposed by the threat of class action lawsuits.
